The OCP is a large official document, and as such it can be hard to get to grips with. It does however contain the central guiding vision for Quadra's future, and was developed by the islanders during a comprehensive consultation process. In times of uncertainty (such as the current debate surrounding the Local Area Plans) it is a particularly worth having a look at....
