I am experiencing problems with claiming the federal income tax credit for public transit while using BC Ferries.
BC ferries says Yes and the Tax Man says NO.
I have done homework, filed an objection and I am still getting nowhere.
It is a shady area that needs light.
If you've experience difficulties with this, I would like to hear from you. There are a lot of us living on islands and working in town year round and it would be good to know what we are entitled to while riding to work. This is our Public Transport. Never mind the fact that we have to get to the ferries in the first place...
