The Quadra Children’s Centre staff and Board of Directors will be hosting a workshop facilitated by Renée Friedman to revisit our Mission Statement and Vision. Parents and community members are invited to submit their comments and feedback by May 31, 2007 to make this a meaningful process.

We invite you to respond to the following questions:
1. What do you see as our strengths? What are we doing well?
2. What do you see as our weaknesses? What could we improve upon?
3. IDEAS!!! Please list or describe any ideas you have for the Society.
4. a). What do you think our short-term (1-4 year) goals should be? b). What do you think our long-term (5-10 year) goals should be?

There are several ways you can submit your comments:

• Bring them to the Children’s Centre
• Add your Readers Comment at the end of this article. The Gumboot will forward your responses to the Children's Centre.

We also would like invite parents and community members to attend the workshop which will be held at the Children’s Centre on Saturday, June 9, 2007 from 10am to 4pm. Please let the Centre know if you plan to attend. You can bring a bag lunch. And please note that childcare will not be provided.
