Quadra Island’s annual tour melds the talents of gardeners and quilters to present a two-day event full of colour and creative talent. Most of the gardens and all of the quilts are new to the tour this year, under the banner “Posies, Passions and Pathways.” The eleven gardens present a range of styles and sizes, from spectacular ocean views to gardens tucked into the forest. In many of them you’ll find an exciting array of quilts that compliment the colours and patterns of the gardens. You’ll also find gardeners and quilters on hand to share their ideas, passion and inspiration.
Tickets are $12 per person for both days. They’re available on the island at the Quadra Island Visitor Information booth, Hummingbird Office & Art Supply, Explore Gallery and Heriot Bay Store. Tickets can be purchased in Campbell River at the Visitor Centre, Serendipity in the Garden and Willows Farm Market and Garden Centre.
