Stranded Hair Design is Quadra's friendly little shop at the Cove offering hair services at great prices. Walk- ins are always welcome, but it does get busy in the summer – so call ahead or drop by and I'll do my best to take care of you! I offer mobile service too, so if you know someone who would benefit from this, please call me.
