Thanks to all the volunteers who made the May 16 to May 20 camp and field trips so wildly successful: Jeanette Taylor who welcomed the group of 24 with a talk and slide show about Quadra and who also accompanied the group to the clam gardens on northern Quadra, Marcy Wolter and Joy Inglis who opened the doors to the mysterious world of petroglyphs, Betty Brooks and Lyn Paterson who led the group to Mitlenatch Island, Grant Hayden and Rolf Kellerhals who walked people through their woodlot and up the Eagle Bluffs trail and the Shellaligan pass trail, Deb Cowper who led a super informative tidewalk at Hyacinth Bay. Thanks to all these volunteers it was a wonderful few days. And at the end of the day, the food provided by Niko, Peter Kinskofer & Helene and Tsa Kwa Luten was out of this world. As everyone said, "we'll be back".
