Spring has almost sprung. The early daffs are up 6 inches and a few crocus flowers are valiantly trying to open up in spite of the rain storms. It's time to start thinking about your community garden plot. To help you along, please come to our "annual general meeting" Saturday Feb 26 at the community centre at 10:30 am. Note that the seed swap will also be at the community centre starting at 10 am on the same day. If you're interested you can stop in there on your way to our meeting.

You'll be able to pay 2011 plot fees, sign up for your preferred garden task, discuss with the steering committee some changes we think need to be made to our guidelines, bring your seed catalogue and get together to order and share seed packets, have a cup of coffee and visit with your garden neighbours.
