These 3 attachments are copies of the 1996 OCP document with various edits as suggested by the residents' review committee.

The first files contain the proposed grammar and provincial edits regarding the 1996 OCP. These changes should suit the community as they are strictly name changes (of organizations), moving the regulatory text from the OCP to the Zoning Bylaw as per the local government act, and grammar corrections.

The third attachment is a list of other like changes that a group of residents would like to suggest. They do not discuss the work the steering committees did, but hopefully the community will consider the proposals to make the 1996 document that much stronger.

Please read through before the June 13 meeting as copies will not be provided (I am expecting over 300 people at that meeting). If you or anyone you know would like to make further suggestions, please do so in written format and either email me the change and reasoning or bring on the 13th.
