Perrywinkle Cottage is blissed to announce a series of traditional foods adventures hosted by Foodwisdom’s Francesca Gesualdi.
Francesca is a food literacy educator and author of the Gumboot’s Pen 'N' Pantry Section.
We will begin our series on Saturday, January 7th, 1pm – 4pm, with a dynamic workshop on making your own yogurt.
Blackberry scones, intelligent discussions and robust food autonomy models will be featured. No soy or skim milk products will be used.
There will be a free movie for those that can’t get enough, after the yogurt making workshop.
Space is limited to 8 participants, so please register early.
Additional family members: $10.00
Youth are welcome, but must be over the age of disruptive behavior.
