Good Day to 'The Pack' and 'Fun Riders'!
This is an idea from Mick Bromley. 'Ride One Hundred K on New Year's Day'. Here are some of the ideas and options Mick and I chatted about. Please join the ride and fun at any point. Ride as long or as hard as you like but the ideas is to have fun and start the year off in a very special way!

1st start point
10 am at the Community Centre (bring your own food and drink)
The ride will head north through Heriot Bay to Granite Bay and Surge Narrows
Return to the Community Centre or go directly to the Polar Bear Swim at the Spit at 1 pm

2nd start point or re-start
1 pm Polar Bear Swim, participate or not
After the polar bear swim and warming up, we'll carry on :-) For some, this will be the starting point for their New Year's Day ride. We'll continue the ride from the Spit, and the route will be determined at that time.

For more info call Mick at 3195 or email at infowildernesstrekking.com

Happy New Year,
Jack
