Quadra Island Medical Clinic
During the past few months there have been many changes at the Quadra Island Medical Clinic. Now that Dr. Kellerhals is back we have some news to share about new developments at the clinic.

Dr. Keith Graham will be joining practice with Dr. Erika Kellerhals starting February 1, 2008. We are excited about this partnership and look forward to serving the island with full-time medical coverage, Monday-Friday. Dr. Graham will be accepting new patients in February.

The clinic hours for November, December and January for Dr. Kellerhals will be as in the past, (M, T, Th) with a walk-in clinic on each of these days to accomodate patients.

We would like to ask for your patience during these next few months as we are only open part-time and we have had an increase in the number of patients accessing the clinic. Please try to book appointments for prescriptions refills and follow-up appointments in advance of the day you need to be seen.

Along with full-time physician coverage we also have more exciting news...

We will be renovating the clinic to include a new reception area, office and additional examination rooms. These changes should provide a noticeable improvement to the clinic. By renovating the clinic we will be able to accomodate other health care practitioners in the future as well as provide a more private, quiet clinic atmosphere.

Prior to renovations we are pleased to announce that physiotherapy services will be available at the clinic one Saturday per month starting November 10, 2007. Jason Kowalchuk (923-0550) and Darcy Lawley (830-7197) physiotherapists, will be booking appointments themselves. Look for advertisements soon.

We appreciate your support as a community and thank you for your patience during this time of transition. We thank you for allowing us to serve you and look forward to the improvements planned for the new year.

Good health to all,
Dr. Erika Kellerhals
