Sound Spirit Kirtan will resume at the Community Centre on Thursday, February 2nd, 7-8pm, upstairs in Room 3. One of the oldest sacred music traditions of the world, Kirtan call-and-response chanting comes from India. Using ancient Sanskrit mantras, Kirtan activates sacred energies that help quiet the mind, remove obstacles, and bring us into our quiet center. Anyone can participate regardless of age, cultural background, musical ability or experience. Let’s get out of our heads and into our hearts!! Participation will be by donation...
