Recently widowed artist and little dog moved into a small place on QI that isn't big enough to hold all my studio stuff, nor appropriate for flinging paint around.

I am looking for a space where I can paint and create, that has heat (or a spot I can plug in a heater and studio lights), running water, access to a bathroom and a great owner who is possibly willing to consider trading some art in exchange for rent, or who has a place that won't cost me an arm and a leg.
