BYLAW NO. 265
Areas affected by proposed Bylaw No. 265: The subject area is described as a 0.6-hectare parcel situated at 638 Green Road, Quathiaski Cove BC and legally described as Lot 1, District Lot 134, Sayward District, Plan 20714 as shown on the map below.

Purpose of proposed Bylaw No. 265: The bylaw, if adopted, would rezone the 0.6-hectare parcel at 638 Green Road, Quathiaski Cove BC from Residential One (R-1) to Village Centre Residential One (VCR-1) to facilitate the subdivision of this parcel into nine lots, (8 lots of approximately 275 square metres each and one of 550 square metres), a 5-metre wide multi-use public trail and associated road access at the required 15-metre Ministry of Transportation standard.
