Steve Moore’s bookstore at the Upper Realm in Quathiaski Cove will soon be closing. Due to the generosity of some people who are volunteering their time, it will remain open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays for the months of October and November.

All the books are now free or by donation. All donations will be deposited directly in the Free Money account at the Coastal Community Credit Union by our volunteers. If you cannot afford to donate or would prefer to support another charity, please come and pick up some books for free or donate to something else in his memory. Steve believed that books were sacred and needed to be read, cherished and treated with great care and attention; every book in the store was chosen with love and compassion and did not deserve to end up at the bottom of a cardboard box or the recycling.

Steve claimed that he had found “the Meaning of Life” and wanted to share his wisdom with the world, so he left us a beautiful legacy of many poems, including 3 poetry books titled, The Meaning of Life. While you visit the Upper Realm, please make sure you pick up this precious collection.
In gratitude, Danielle
