BC Ferries are reminding us to "expect heavy traffic" over the long weekend....
Friday, May 16 and Monday, May 19 will be busy if you’re planning on travelling between Campbell River and Quadra or Cortes Islands. A 30-team ball tournament is taking place on Quadra Island over the May long weekend.
Commercial and recreational vehicles need to plan accordingly, due to the limited overheight capacity
on the temporary replacement vessel, the MV Bowen Queen. BC Ferries also suggests car pooling
where possible.

....oh, and don't forget to add a whole bunch of time for continued delays caused by the introduction of the new inconvenience card...
