Exciting news! Business owners are coming aboard the 1000 Club. $3000 donated in past few days, and three more pledges are in the works! When these are in, we will have 20 members of the 1000 Club. Way to go Quadra!

Membership is now 166, and the higher this number the better are our chances with grant applications. Many many more people should be members, so if you know someone, bring them around to the display at the farmer's market Saturday - cost is only $5.

Plans are underway to have a fundraising event in October, based on a presentation by Dr. David Suzuki....more news when the date is set.
