No Tobogganing on Mt. Washington

Mt. Washington has banned tobogganing this year. They are offering the Ozone as an alternative. I have found the line ups for the ozone to be lengthy, the ride too extreme for younger children. If you would like to tell Mt. Washington how you feel about this new policy, go to

I was really sad to hear that there is no more sledding on Mt Washington. My family have enjoyed going up on a yearly basis also. We've done the ozon as well and found the kids lost interest due to the same runs and long line ups. Not to mention that there is a fee for this vs. creating your own fun sledding. With more and more lower income families, there is just one thing less that a family can do for fun. It's sad.
