Journey to Self-Realization. An 8 week creative arts group is being offered for the heros and heroines out there that are in the process of transformation, discovering one's own SELF and forging one's own unique life. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone in a place of transition and/or spiritual development and will be aimed at accessing our inherent creativity and self-empowerment. The group will be based on the hero's journey which is a model for en-lightenment - lighting up from the inside. We will use art materials to access the unconscious and delve into topics based on the Journey. No art experience is required. The art media is used solely as tools for expression. The group will be facilitated by Angela Granzberg (BA, Art Th Dip), art therapist living on Quadra who has experience working with spiritual issues, self-empowerment, transitions, and facilitating creative potential.
